Fused Glass

Sun Catchers and Art Pieces

(See fused glass jewelry on the Jewelry page!)

'Sea Urchin'

I love the way it turned out & can stare at it for hours
exploring all the different shapes and colors.

It is about 32 inches across, formed from
transparent and translucent Bullseye Glass
COE 90 and embedded with dichroic.

By far, these giant sun catchers have become my favorite
pieces to create!

'River'

This art dish is about 18" x 6"  fused from transparent and translucent
COE 90 glass strips, stringers, and frit.  The frit creates a rough
river bottom-like texture.

Like the piece above, it is embedded with dichroic glass
cabochons that I made in an earlier project.

'Practice'

'Practice' is my first ever fused glass piece, made with the kind
and helpful assistance of my teacher and mentor, Doug Peterson.

Lots more photos are coming.

I tend to be forgetful about taking photos
of my work.
